The Aplisens PEM-500 is a compact electromagnetic flowmeter for bidirectional measurement of conductive liquids (minimum conductivity ≥ 5 μS/cm). It measures both flow and totalized volume and is suitable for clean liquids, pastes, and chemically aggressive media.
- Nominal sizes: DN10–DN300 (ANSI 0.5"–12")
- Accuracy: 0.5% of reading (0.2% option available)
- Outputs: 4–20 mA + pulse or frequency output
- Communications: Modbus RTU / RS-485
- Pressure ratings: 1.6 MPa (standard), 2.5 MPa or 4 MPa (special)
- Installation flexibility: version available for no straight inlet/outlet runs
- Harsh environments: IP67 standard / IP68 special version (buryable)
The PEM-500 is factory-cabled (standard 3 m; other lengths available) and the sensor/control unit are not user-separable.
