Calibration Precision Specialist LLC (CPS Calibrations) is committed to providing reliable service and clear policies for shipping and returns.
Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and location.
We ship products throughout the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
Some items, including calibration gas cylinders, may require special handling or shipping methods.
Returns
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A restocking fee of 10% to 30% may apply depending on the product being returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Calibration gas cylinders
- Sensors (may be replaced under warranty but are not eligible for refund)
- Custom or specialty orders
- Used or damaged products
Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering to ensure the correct product or sensor is selected.
Shipping & Return Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Items ordered incorrectly or no longer wanted may still be eligible for return approval; however, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Refunds
Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees (10%–30%) and original shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within this timeframe so we can resolve the issue promptly.
