Calibration Costs

Portable Single Gas: $75.00

Portable Multi-Gas: $110.00

Additional Charge for Some Toxic Sensors: $35.00

This includes most common and toxic gases.

What’s Included in Our Calibration Service

Cleaning of the unit and pump.
Replacement of filters if needed.
Calibration of all sensors using manufacturer-specified gas (unless a custom concentration is specified).
NIST-Traceable Calibration Certificate with "As Found" and "As Left" values and all test standards used (including expiration dates and lot numbers).
Calibration Sticker placed on the unit showing both the calibrated and next calibration due dates.
Entry into our Calibration Notification System to notify you weeks in advance when your next calibration is due.
Labor for replacing sensors is included in the calibration charge.

Terms & Conditions

Equipment left unpaid over 90 days from the date of invoice will be considered abandoned and become the property of CPS Calibrations. CPS Calibrations shall not be held liable for lost or damaged packages during shipment to or from our facility. Any charges beyond the cost of calibration will be quoted and require written approval by the customer before any additional work is performed. Should the customer choose not to proceed with the work, an evaluation fee equal to 50% of the calibration cost will be charged. This evaluation fee may be waived if the customer elects to purchase replacement equipment through CPS Calibrations. For repair work exceeding $500.00, full payment must be made before work is completed.
