The Aplisens CT-TC High-Temperature Thermocouple Sensor is offered in multiple process-part and material options (ceramic, heat-resistant steel, SiC/CrC), with thermocouple types J, K, S, B and optional ATEX Ex ia certifications. For accurate selection and pricing, please call 865-900-8844 or email KSmith@CPSCalibrations.com.

The Aplisens CT-TC (models CTC and CTU) are thermocouple temperature sensors designed for high temperature applications up to 1700°C. Thermocouples generate a voltage proportional to the temperature difference between the measuring junction (hot junction) and the cold junction. Available thermocouple types include J, K, S, and B, with accuracy classes 1 and 2 per IEC 60584.

  • Thermocouple types: J, K, S, B
  • Max temperature: up to 1700°C
  • Accuracy classes: Class 1 or Class 2 (IEC 60584)
  • Materials / process parts: heat-resistant stainless steel, ceramic, sialon, SiC/CrC options
  • Applications: chemical applications; metal alloys industry
  • ATEX: Ex ia certificate option available

Tell us your thermocouple type (J/K/S/B), required immersion length, and whether you need ATEX Ex ia, and we’ll help configure and quote the right CT-TC build.

CT-TC pricing depends on configuration. To quote correctly, we typically confirm:

What We Need Examples (from datasheet ordering)
Process part U1 / U2 / U3 / C1 / C2 / C3 (select construction/material option)
Certificate x = standard version, no certificates
Ex ia = Ex ia options shown for gas/dust
Measuring element J or 2xJ, K or 2xK, S or 2xS, B or 2xB
Class of element 1/O = Class 1, ungrounded junction
2/O = Class 2, ungrounded junction
Length L= ... required immersion length (mm)
Process connection X = without clamping grip
UC1-22, UC2-22 (as listed)

Provide your TC type (J/K/S/B), single vs dual element, class (1/O or 2/O), immersion length L, and whether you need Ex ia, and we’ll send a formal quote.
