The CPS Calibrations 4-Gas Calibration Gas – H₂S 25 ppm / CO 100 ppm / CH₄ 2.5% (50% LEL) / O₂ 20.9% is a precision calibration gas mixture designed for the calibration and bump testing of compatible portable and fixed gas detection instruments.
This mixture contains 25 ppm Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), 100 ppm Carbon Monoxide (CO), 2.5% (50% LEL) Methane (CH₄), and 20.9% Oxygen (O₂), with Nitrogen (N₂) balance.
Available in the following cylinder sizes:
- 11L Aluminum Cylinder: Trigger valve
- 34L Aluminum Cylinder: C-10 connection
- 44L Aluminum Cylinder: C-10 connection
- 60L Aluminum Cylinder: C-10 connection
- 66L Aluminum Cylinder: C-10 connection
- 120L Aluminum Cylinder: C-10 connection

11 Liter Minimum Order: The 11 Liter cylinder must be ordered in a minimum quantity of 6 cylinders.
Each cylinder includes a QR code for convenient access from a smartphone or other compatible device to the cylinder-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
This calibration gas is NIST traceable and produced under quality systems supporting ISO 17034:2016 – Reference Material Production, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – Chemical Testing, and ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management.
