Calibration Gas
5-Gas Calibration Gas – RKI Equivalent – H₂S 25 / CO 50 / CH₄ 50% LEL / O₂ 12% / Isobutylene 100 ppm
- SKU:
- FX34-155-1500
Description
The 5-Gas Calibration Gas – RKI Equivalent is a precision multi-gas mixture designed for calibration and bump testing of compatible gas detection instruments requiring 25 ppm Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), 50 ppm Carbon Monoxide (CO), 2.5% Methane (CH₄), equivalent to 50% LEL, 12% Oxygen (O₂), and 100 ppm Isobutylene.
This mixture is available in 34L, 58L, and 120L cylinders, with each cylinder equipped with a C-10 connection. The 34L and 58L configurations provide aftermarket equivalents for applications using RKI part numbers 81-0154RK-08 and 81-0154RK-02.
Each cylinder is manufactured in the USA and provides traceable documentation to support your calibration and testing program. Cylinders include a QR code providing convenient access from a smartphone or other compatible device to the cylinder-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Calibration gas is NIST traceable and produced under quality systems meeting ISO 17034:2016 for Reference Material Production, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for Chemical Testing, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards.

Specifications and cylinder appearance may vary by cylinder size and production lot.
Common Uses: Calibration and bump testing of compatible multi-gas detectors configured for Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), Carbon Monoxide (CO), combustible gas as Methane (CH₄), Oxygen (O₂), and PID/VOC response using Isobutylene.
RKI and associated part numbers are used only as compatibility references. This product is an aftermarket equivalent and is not represented as being manufactured, supplied, or endorsed by RKI Instruments. Always verify the required gas concentrations, cylinder connection, regulator, flow rate, and calibration procedure for your specific instrument before use.
Hazardous Material Shipping
Calibration gas cylinders are regulated for transportation as hazardous materials and must be shipped in accordance with applicable carrier and hazardous-material regulations. Available shipping methods and charges may vary based on cylinder size, quantity, destination, and applicable HazMat requirements.
Lead Time
Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Lead times may vary depending on availability and order quantity.
Non-Returnable Product
Calibration gas is non-returnable. Because calibration gas is a certified gas mixture with a limited shelf life, cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.
Please verify the gas concentrations, cylinder size, connection, and instrument compatibility before placing your order.
Regulator Compatibility: These cylinders use a C-10 connection. Verify that your regulator is designed for a C-10 cylinder connection before ordering.
