The FLIR Scout Pro III Thermal Imaging Monocular is a handheld thermal viewer for law enforcement, search and rescue, security, and outdoor professionals who need to see people, animals, and hot spots in total darkness. It is the long-range model of the line, built for extended detection distances in open terrain and on the water.
Built on a 640 × 480 VOx microbolometer with a 60 Hz display, the Scout Pro III trades some field of view for maximum identification range. A rugged, waterproof housing, simple controls that work with gloves, and onboard image and video capture make it ready for patrol, perimeter checks, and backcountry use.
