The FLIR Si2-LD Acoustic Imaging Camera is an industrial acoustic imaging camera for pressurized leak detection in compressed air, gas, and vacuum systems, built for routine condition monitoring in busy plants.
A 124-microphone array images leaks from 1.0 ft to 656 ft (0.3 m to 200 m) and detects leak rates down to 0.0032 l/min at 8.2 ft (2.5 m), with on-screen leak size and cost estimates. Wi-Fi upload to FLIR Ignite™, automatic filtering in noisy environments, and a rugged IP-rated housing suit it to daily plant rounds.
