The Hexane (C₆H₁₄) 500 ppm + O₂ 20.9% Calibration Gas – Nitrogen Balance is a precision calibration gas mixture designed for accurate calibration, bump testing, and verification of compatible gas detection instruments.
This calibration gas mixture contains 500 ppm Hexane (C₆H₁₄), 20.9% Oxygen (O₂), with Nitrogen (N₂) balance. It is available in 34L and 103L cylinders. The 34L cylinder uses a CGA-600 connection, while the 103L cylinder uses a C-10 connection.
Each cylinder is manufactured in the USA and provides traceable documentation to support your gas detection calibration program. Cylinders include a QR code providing convenient access from a smartphone or other compatible device to the cylinder-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Calibration gas is NIST traceable and produced under quality systems meeting ISO 17034:2016 for Reference Material Production, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for Chemical Testing, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards.

Non-Returnable Product
Calibration gas is non-returnable. Because calibration gas is a certified gas mixture with a limited shelf life, cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.
Please verify the gas concentrations, balance gas, cylinder size, and connection before placing your order.
Important: The 34L and 103L cylinders use different connections. The 34L cylinder uses CGA-600, while the 103L cylinder uses C-10. Verify regulator compatibility before ordering.
