Description
The Isobutylene 100 ppm + Oxygen (O₂) 20.9% Calibration Gas is a precision calibration gas mixture designed for the calibration and bump testing of compatible PID/VOC gas detection instruments and other monitors requiring this specific mixture.
This mixture contains 100 ppm Isobutylene and 20.9% Oxygen (O₂), with Nitrogen (N₂) balance.
Two cylinder sizes are available with different regulator connections:
- 34L Cylinder: C-10 connection
- 103L Cylinder: CGA-600 connection
Please verify your required cylinder size and regulator connection before ordering.
Each cylinder includes a QR code for convenient access from a smartphone or other compatible device to the cylinder-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Calibration gas is NIST traceable and manufactured in the USA for accurate and reliable gas detector calibration and bump testing.

Quality & Traceability
- NIST traceable calibration gas
- ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – Chemical Testing
- ISO 17034:2016 – Reference Material Production
- QR-code access to cylinder-specific SDS and COA documentation
Common Uses: Calibration and bump testing of compatible photoionization detectors (PIDs), VOC monitors, portable gas detectors, and other instruments requiring 100 ppm isobutylene with 20.9% oxygen.
Always verify the required gas concentration, cylinder connection and calibration requirements specified by the instrument manufacturer before use.
Hazardous Material Shipping
Calibration gas cylinders are regulated for transportation and must be shipped in accordance with applicable hazardous-material transportation requirements. Available shipping methods and charges will be determined based on cylinder size, quantity and destination.
Lead Time
Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Lead times may vary depending on availability and order quantity.
Returns
Calibration gas cylinders are non-returnable. Please verify the gas concentration, cylinder size and regulator connection before placing your order.
Important: The two cylinder sizes use different regulator connections. The 34L cylinder requires a C-10 regulator, while the 103L cylinder requires a CGA-600 regulator.
