The Aplisens SP-11 Signal Converter / Isolator is available in multiple input/output signal configurations (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V). For accurate selection and pricing, please call 865-900-8844 or email KSmith@CPSCalibrations.com.

The Aplisens SP-11 is a signal converter / isolator designed to provide galvanic separation between field measurement circuits and control/PLC systems. It supports common industrial signals including 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, and 0–10 V, with input/output configuration selected via internal switches.

  • Full galvanic separation between circuits for improved noise immunity
  • Selectable input and output signals: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V
  • DIN rail mount on TS35 rail (panel-ready housing)
  • 24 VDC supply typical for control panels

If you’re not sure which input/output combination you need, send us what your transmitter outputs and what your PLC expects—we’ll match it.

Feature Details
Input Signal (switch selectable) 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V
Output Signal (switch selectable) 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V

Typical applications include isolating measurement circuits on equipment from the main control section to reduce ground loops and interference.

SP-11 pricing depends on configuration. To quote correctly, we typically confirm:

What We Need Examples
Input Signal 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, or 0–10 V (what your transmitter outputs)
Output Signal 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, or 0–10 V (what your PLC/DAQ expects)
Load / Receiving Input Confirm PLC/controller input type so we match resistance requirements
Panel Power 24 VDC (±20%) available in your control panel
