Description
The NAGCO N10-104-40 Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Detector Tubes provide direct-reading measurement of carbon dioxide concentrations using a manual gas sampling pump. The standard measurement range is 0.05–1% CO2 using one 100 mL pump stroke with a sampling time of approximately 2 minutes.
For applications requiring measurements outside the standard range, the N10-104-40 can also measure 0.025–0.5% using two pump strokes or 0.1–2% using a half pump stroke with the appropriate correction factor.

Cross-Sensitivity & Interferences
NAGCO documents cross-sensitivity testing with carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, ammonia, methane, hydrogen sulfide, hexane, isobutylene, benzene and toluene. Sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide may produce apparent readings under the specified test conditions. Acid gases are listed as other possible interferences, and ammonia may interfere when present in mixtures. Refer to the NAGCO datasheet for complete cross-sensitivity information.
Pump Information
NAGCO recommends using NAGCO detector tubes with NAGCO sampling pumps. CPS Calibrations can assist customers transitioning from another detector tube system with selecting the appropriate NAGCO tube and sampling equipment for their application.
Important: Detector tube readings may be affected by temperature and interfering compounds. Always follow the NAGCO datasheet and pump operating instructions for the specific measurement being performed.
