Description
The NAGCO N10-102-18 Carbon Monoxide (CO) Selective Detector Tubes provide direct-reading measurement of carbon monoxide concentrations using a manual gas sampling pump. The standard measurement range is 5–100 ppm CO using three pump strokes for a total sample volume of 300 mL.
For applications requiring measurements outside the standard range, the N10-102-18 can also measure 2.5–50 ppm using six pump strokes or 15–300 ppm using one pump stroke with the appropriate correction factor.

Cross-Sensitivity & Interferences
The N10-102-18 incorporates a pretreatment layer designed to remove most interfering compounds. NAGCO documents cross-sensitivity testing with hydrogen, nitric oxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methane, hexane, isobutylene, toluene and trichloroethylene. Other hydrocarbons may interfere, although NAGCO states that most organic vapor interferences are eliminated by the pretreatment layer. Refer to the NAGCO datasheet for complete cross-sensitivity information and test conditions.
Pump Information
NAGCO recommends using NAGCO detector tubes with NAGCO sampling pumps. CPS Calibrations can assist customers transitioning from another detector tube system with selecting the appropriate NAGCO tube and sampling equipment for their application.
Important: Detector tube readings may be affected by interfering compounds and application conditions. Always follow the NAGCO datasheet and pump operating instructions for the specific measurement being performed.
