The OTIS OI-7010 is a hybrid primary controller built for sites that run both wireless and wired gas detection. It accepts up to 32 WireFree sensor inputs — four of which can be wired 4-20 mA analog inputs — so a facility can keep its existing wired loops while adding wireless detectors where wiring is impractical or expensive.
Four dry-contact alarm relays with replaceable 4A fuses provide local alarming, and the RS-485 Modbus output ties everything into the plant PLC or SCADA system. Dual 128x64 graphical LCDs and a five-button interface make setup and daily checks straightforward, and the controller works with the full GEN II WireFree family plus any wired 4-20 mA sensors, including third-party transmitters.
