Description
The Oxygen (O₂) 20.9% Calibration Gas – Nitrogen Balance (Dry Air) is a precision gas mixture designed for calibration, testing, and verification of compatible oxygen and gas detection instruments requiring a controlled dry-air reference.
This Dry Air mixture contains 20.9% Oxygen (O₂) with Nitrogen (N₂) balance. It is available in a 34L cylinder with a CGA-600 connection and a 103L cylinder with a C-10 connection.
Each cylinder is manufactured in the USA and provides traceable documentation to support your gas detection calibration program. Cylinders include a QR code providing convenient access from a smartphone or other compatible device to the cylinder-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Calibration gas is NIST traceable and produced under quality systems meeting ISO 17034:2016 for Reference Material Production, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for Chemical Testing, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards.

Specifications and cylinder appearance may vary by cylinder size and production lot.
Common Uses: Calibration, testing, fresh-air reference, and verification of compatible oxygen and gas detection instruments requiring a controlled 20.9% Oxygen Dry Air mixture.
Always verify that this Dry Air mixture is appropriate for your specific instrument and application. Verify the required gas composition, cylinder connection, regulator, flow rate, and instrument requirements, and follow the instrument manufacturer's calibration and testing procedures.
Hazardous Material Shipping
Calibration gas cylinders are regulated for transportation as hazardous materials and must be shipped in accordance with applicable carrier and hazardous-material regulations. Available shipping methods and charges may vary based on cylinder size, quantity, destination, and applicable HazMat requirements.
Lead Time
Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Lead times may vary depending on availability and order quantity.
Non-Returnable Product
Calibration gas is non-returnable. Because calibration gas is a certified gas mixture with a limited shelf life, cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.
Please verify the gas composition, grade, cylinder size, and connection before placing your order.
Important Regulator Compatibility: The cylinder connections differ by size. The 34L cylinder uses a CGA-600 connection, while the 103L cylinder uses a C-10 connection. Verify that your regulator matches the cylinder connection selected before ordering.
