The PureAire MPS Flammable Gas Monitor - LEL Gases is the industry’s most advanced solution for continuous flammable gas detection. This explosion-proof monitor uses next-generation Molecular Property Spectrometry (MPS) technology to deliver TrueLEL™ accuracy across a wide range of combustible gases — detecting, classifying, and quantifying multiple gases with a single, long-life sensor.
This version is factory-configured for LEL gases — the general-purpose configuration for facilities monitoring an unknown or mixed profile of combustible gases.
Unlike traditional catalytic-bead or electrochemical sensors, the MPS sensor is immune to temperature and humidity fluctuations, suffers zero drift, and is immune to poisoning — with no routine calibration required and a sensor life of 15+ years. Housed in a rugged explosion-proof enclosure meeting ATEX and IECEx standards, it is built for oil & gas, chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, laboratories, warehouses, and other hazardous industrial environments.
