Description
The RKI ESM-23AH-SIH4 is a genuine RKI replacement sensor designed for the detection of Silane (SiH4). It provides a measurement range of 0–15 ppm and is specifically identified by RKI as a low H2 response Silane sensor.
This replacement sensor is compatible with the RKI GD-K88Ai, GD-K71D, GD-K77D, and SC-8000 gas detection instruments.
Important: Do not confuse this sensor with ESM-23DH-SIH4. RKI lists ESM-23AH-SIH4 as the low H2 response Silane sensor, while ESM-23DH-SIH4 is listed as the Silane sensor with H2 response. These sensors should not be assumed to be interchangeable.
