Description
The RKI ESM-23DH-SIH4 is a genuine RKI replacement sensor designed for the detection of Silane (SiH4). It provides a measurement range of 0–15 ppm and is specifically listed by RKI as having H2 response.
This replacement sensor is compatible with the RKI GD-K88Ai, GD-K71D, GD-K77D, and SC-8000 gas detection instruments.
Important: This is the ESM-23DH-SIH4 version with H2 response. RKI also offers part number ESM-23AH-SIH4, a separate 0–15 ppm Silane sensor listed with low H2 response. Verify the complete sensor part number required for your application before ordering.

Important: Do not confuse this sensor with RKI ESM-23AH-SIH4. Both are Silane sensors with a 0–15 ppm range, but ESM-23DH-SIH4 is listed with H2 response while ESM-23AH-SIH4 is listed with low H2 response. Similar RKI sensors should not be assumed to be interchangeable.
