Description
The SENKO SI-301 Explosion-Proof Sampling Fixed Gas Detector is a pumped sampling-type fixed gas detector designed for continuous real-time monitoring of oxygen, toxic, combustible, VOC, and specialty gases. Unlike a standard diffusion detector, the SI-301 uses an internal sampling system to actively draw gas through a replaceable sensor cartridge, making it ideal for remote sampling and applications where the detector cannot be installed directly at the monitoring point.
The SI-301 features a built-in flow control system with a sampling range of 100–1,000 mL/min and a normal operating flow of approximately 300–500 mL/min. Sample inlet and exhaust tubing can extend up to 30 meters, providing flexibility for industrial and process-monitoring applications.
Designed for demanding hazardous environments, the SI-301 features an explosion-proof IP65 enclosure, cartridge-style sensor for simplified maintenance, digital gas concentration and flow indication, three internal alarm relays, and multiple communication options including 4–20 mA, RS-485, TCP Ethernet, and wireless communication. The detector can be powered by 24 VDC or compatible PoE.
