The OTIS OI-6400-NXP is a non-explosion-proof stand-alone 4-gas detector with a built-in light and siren — a complete area monitor for general-purpose spaces. Wire-powered, it watches four gases at once and alarms locally with its strobe and siren the moment any channel goes into alarm.
It’s the stand-alone answer for warehouses, mechanical rooms, parking structures, and loading docks: no controller required, just power and a place to mount it.
