Description
The OTIS OI-6750-XP is an explosion-proof 2-wire loop-powered gas detector head — the simplest way to add a gas detection point to an existing 4–20 mA loop. It draws its power straight from the signal loop, so two wires carry both power and the gas reading back to the controller, PLC, or DCS — no separate power wiring.
Choose from 24 gas and range combinations: common toxics, oxygen, and hydrogen, plus specialty gases like arsine, phosphine, ethylene oxide, and methyl mercaptan. The loop-powered design makes the OI-6750-XP a natural fit for retrofits and upgrades — it drops onto existing 2-wire infrastructure. The explosion-proof enclosure is certified for Class I Division 1 hazardous locations, and the magnetic interface allows non-intrusive calibration.
