Description
The PureAire Universal Ammonia (NH3) Gas Detector is a fixed gas monitoring system designed for continuous detection of ammonia in industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, refrigeration, and process environments.
Multiple ammonia detection ranges are available from 0–75 ppm through 0–1000 ppm, allowing the detector to be configured for the requirements of the application. PureAire's Universal Gas Detector combines a dedicated renewable electrochemical sensor with a smart transmitter/controller for continuous, real-time ammonia monitoring.
The monitor features a local digital display, built-in audible alarm, visual alarm indicators, two adjustable alarm relays, and an active 4–20 mA output for integration with PLCs, building automation systems, ventilation systems, remote alarms, and other facility safety equipment.
PureAire's Universal platform uses a renewable electrochemical sensor cell designed for long-term service. Sensor calibration information is stored with the sensor cell, allowing the Universal platform to provide flexible gas monitoring and serviceability.
