Description
The PureAire Universal Boron Trichloride (BCl3) Gas Detector is a fixed gas monitoring system designed for continuous detection of boron trichloride in semiconductor, industrial, laboratory, specialty-gas, and process environments.
This configuration monitors boron trichloride (BCl3) from 0–15 ppm using PureAire's renewable electrochemical sensor technology. The Universal Gas Detector combines a dedicated gas sensor with a smart transmitter/controller for continuous, real-time monitoring.
The monitor features a local digital display, built-in audible alarm, visual alarm indicators, two adjustable alarm relays, and an active 4–20 mA output for integration with PLCs, building automation systems, ventilation systems, remote alarms, and other facility safety equipment.
PureAire's Universal platform uses a renewable electrochemical sensor cell designed for long-term service. Sensor calibration information is stored with the sensor cell, supporting ongoing maintenance and service of the monitoring system.

Renewable Sensor Technology
PureAire's Universal Gas Detector uses a renewable electrochemical sensor cell designed for long-term operation and serviceability. The sensor stores calibration information and can be maintained according to PureAire's recommended procedures.
System Integration
