Description
The RKI RP-3R Pro Sample Draw Pump is a compact, battery-operated pump designed specifically for use with the RKI GX-3R Pro portable gas monitor. The RP-3R Pro quickly attaches to the GX-3R Pro and converts the monitor from diffusion operation to active sample-draw operation, making it ideal for remote sampling and confined-space applications.
This RP-3R Pro configuration is designed for the RKI GX-3R Pro ONLY. It will NOT fit or work with the standard GX-3R. The standard GX-3R requires the separately configured RP-3R sample draw pump. Please verify your gas monitor model before ordering.
The pump snaps onto the GX-3R Pro without tools, providing a convenient way to add active sample-draw capability when remote atmospheric sampling is required. A retaining and locking mechanism helps secure the detector to the pump during use while allowing the detector to be removed when sample-draw operation is no longer needed.
Two selectable flow modes provide flexibility for different sampling applications. Standard higher-flow operation provides approximately 0.50 LPM, while the lower-flow ECO mode operates at approximately 0.35 LPM. The pump provides a minimum operating time of approximately 10 hours in higher-flow mode or 16 hours in lower-flow mode at 25°C.
For remote sampling, optional hose and probe assemblies can be connected using the quick-disconnect inlet fitting. RKI supports optional sample hose lengths up to 100 feet. The pump also provides visual and audible indications for low-flow conditions and a visual indication for low battery.
