Description
The RKI SDM-3R Docking & Calibration Station is designed to automate maintenance of RKI GX-3R and GX-3R Pro portable gas monitors. The SDM-3R can automatically charge, bump test, calibrate, perform alarm checks, and store test records, helping simplify routine gas detector maintenance and documentation.
The SDM-3R can operate as a standalone docking station without a computer. Bump-test, calibration, and alarm-check records are automatically stored and can be transferred using a USB flash drive. For larger fleets, multiple SDM-3R modules can be connected to a computer and managed using RKI docking-station software.
Up to 10 SDM-3R modules can be connected together, allowing multiple GX-3R and GX-3R Pro instruments to be serviced from a centralized system. Stations can also be manifolded together to reduce the number of calibration-gas cylinders and demand-flow regulators required.
The SDM-3R is available in configurations with 1, 2, or 3 calibration-gas inputs. Packages are also available with a demand-flow regulator and calibration gas, allowing the station to be configured around your specific detector fleet and calibration requirements.

Available Configurations
The SDM-3R is available in multiple configurations with 1, 2 or 3 cylinder inputs. Depending on the selected package, the station may also include a demand-flow regulator, calibration-gas cylinder and cylinder holder.
