Description
The RKI GX-6100 Pumped 6-Gas Monitor is a powerful sample-draw portable gas detector capable of simultaneously monitoring up to six gases. It combines the standard confined-space gases — combustible gas (LEL), oxygen (O₂), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) — with two interchangeable smart-sensor channels for expanded gas detection capabilities.
The two smart-sensor channels allow the GX-6100 to be configured for applications requiring PID/VOC, infrared (IR), PPM combustible gas, or super-toxic gas detection. Available sensor technologies include PID sensors for VOCs, IR sensors for methane, hydrocarbons and CO₂, and electrochemical sensors for gases such as NH₃, Cl₂, HCN, NO₂, PH₃ and SO₂.
A powerful internal sample pump provides a sampling range of up to 100 feet, making the GX-6100 well suited for confined-space entry, remote sampling, leak investigation, HazMat response, landfill monitoring and other demanding industrial applications.
For VOC applications, GX-6100 PID configurations provide a library of more than 600 VOCs. Multiple PID options are available, including 10.0 eV, 10.6 eV and 11.7 eV lamps, with configurations available for general VOC monitoring and benzene-specific applications.
